We are Metropoliten, niche perfumeries and beauty center, unique creative fragrance & beauty zones and home to selected perfume, lifestyle and cosmetic brands. We are looking for a new team member to take over Administrative & Operations Support Officer position.
– Administrative support in the management of retail facilities;
– Inventory control and participation in making orders for goods and promotional materials for retail department;
– Participation in proposing sales KPIs and making sales-related analyzes;
– Participation in the organization of retail marketing activities;
– Participation in the organization of decorating and arranging retail stores’ windows;
– Maintaining contact and good relationships with companies and business partners and associates;
– Diploma/Bachelor Degree in a Marketing/commercial subject or equivalent vocational education;
– Experience in a Sales Environment;
– Excellent knowledge of English language;
– Excellent computer literacy (MS Office), including good knowledge of Excel with ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, tables and calculations;
– Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize;
– Ability to pay strong attention to detail;
